• Any staff besides Air ^{(Make sure to turn auto-cast off)}

• Optionally: Expensive Spices necklace (for the heal boost)

Quick Method Breakdown

• Invoke the Ghast. Ghasts have 2500LP
• It is recommended to have 1-3 Ghasts invoked on you at once to speed up the kill.
• The recoil damage will stack on one of the Ghasts that have been invoked.
• Heal up when necessary, aim to eat around half HP so you don't waste healing.

Note: The Ghasts can hit 100+ damage each, so ensure you have adequate healing.

Note: You will NOT get experience from tagging and recoiling the Ghast during the quest.
