Runite Ore + Luminite smithed into arrowheads at level 50 Smithing, then fletched into arrows at level 75 Fletching.
Level 75–99 Fletching requires 945,930 Rune Arrows.
Arrows sell to the General Store for 153 GP each, totalling 144,727,290 GP.
To craft 945,930 arrowheads you need:
- 12,612 Runite Bars (12,612 Runite Ore + 12,612 Luminite Ore)
After completing all quests in the Thieves' Guild series, speak to the Safe-Cracking Trainer to receive a Stethoscope and Small Loot Bag.
